Celebrating Lyndsi Parker, Winner of the 2024 Rising Women in Semi Award at the GSA WISH Conference

We’re thrilled to announce Marvell’s own Lyndsi Parker was recently honored with the 2024 Rising Women in Semi award at the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA) Women in Semiconductor Hardware (WISH) conference in San Jose.
This award shines a spotlight on women who have made an exceptional impact on the semiconductor industry. For Lyndsi, who has dedicated nearly 20 years to advancing technology and championing women in tech, this recognition is incredibly well deserved.
“We know we’re a minority, and we know that when one of us succeeds, we all succeed.”
At the conference, Lyndsi took the stage to accept her award and shared: “I think no other group of women is as supportive as women in hardware. We want women to succeed. We know we’re a minority, and we know that when one of us succeeds, we all succeed.”
Beyond her technical expertise, Lyndsi’s career is a story of growth and impact. From her start at IBM as an RTL verification engineer, she’s climbed the ranks, navigating two major acquisitions and is now a Senior Director on Marvell’s Custom Compute & Storage team. With a team of 90 engineers under her, Lyndsi drives critical innovation across semiconductor design while fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.
In addition to her role as Senior Director, Lyndsi is Marvell’s Austin site leader, holds two U.S. patents, and has continuously contributed to Marvell’s strategic vision, combining technical talent with leadership qualities that make her stand out.
More Marvell leaders on stage at WISH 2024
As a proud Title Sponsor of the WISH Conference for the second year in a row, Marvell had other women on stage sharing insights:
- Patricia Fong presented her work on using Generative AI to create timing constraints for SerDes Interface IP.
- Rachana Maitra showcased innovations in product security assurance through her talk, "Testing Beyond Spec for Product Security”.
- Jeanne Trinko-Mechler joined an expert panel on the future of AI, discussing how we can tackle AI-related challenges while creating a supportive environment for its growth.
We couldn’t be prouder of Lyndsi and our entire team who shared their expertise and represented Marvell at WISH 2024. This conference, hosted by GSA’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), celebrates the incredible strides women are making in the semiconductor industry and provides a platform for leaders, emerging stars, and university students in STEM to connect and inspire one another.
